February 12

All this blue sky, all these rays of light, they fall
upon us. On easy days these deep breaths don
the cloth of life. We are raised up safe. And yet plead

for ways to walk without gray. What more
must catch our gaze, what gift or what gust
of wind before we will praise our love.
Blue planet, lawns bathed in dew.
